When you submit a project request, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project type, timeline, budget range, homeowner status, and any project details you choose to share.

We also automatically collect technical and marketing information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you landed on, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, and fbclid).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to identify home-service professionals who may be able to help with your project, to contact you about your request, to prevent duplicate and fraudulent submissions, to improve our website and marketing, and to comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We share the information in your project request with one or more home-service professionals and, where applicable, with marketing partners who help operate our network. These professionals are independent businesses and are responsible for their own use of your information.

We may also share information with service providers who support our operations (such as hosting, analytics, and communications providers), and where required by law.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a project request, you agree that Home Services Pro USA and the professionals we connect you with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated technology, prerecorded messages, and SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling a caller not to contact you again.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages, Home Services Pro USA may send you messages about your project request, such as confirmations, appointment and estimate updates, and follow-ups from matched professionals. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact support@homeservicesprousa.com or (888) 555-0123. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services, such as customer service and messaging platform providers, is permitted. The professionals you ask to be matched with receive your contact details only so they can respond to your project request.

Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to remember your session, measure advertising performance, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function as intended if you disable them.

We work with advertising and analytics partners, which may include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including Google Ads and Google Analytics), Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, and similar platforms.
